Program Features

  • Current Income paid monthly from interest charged to the borrowers. Principal is typically repaid in less than 12 months.
  • Capital Preservation supported by a first position security interest provided by first mortgages on real estate combined with prudent advance rates, loan-to-values typically below 70%.
  • Investment Diversification – Investors may spread their investments across a well-diversified pool of real estate loans to limit exposure to any particular borrower, property type, geography, or loan type.
